(2) A customer of the store may be an adult natural person or a legal entity.

(3) Persons using the pages of the store may not provide or distribute through it unlawful content.

(4) The owner of the Art-Dog Internet Store conducts sales of goods via the Internet. All prices shown on the pages of the store are gross prices (including VAT).

(5) The information about the price of goods given on the store's website is binding from the moment of conclusion of the contract of sale. The contract of sale is concluded at the moment of receipt by the customer of an e-mail in which the seller confirms acceptance of the order.

(6) Sales are made on the basis of the version of these Regulations in force at the time of placing the order.

The content of the store's web pages should be treated as an invitation to conclude a contract, and the images of products presented on the store's pages do not constitute an offer of sale within the meaning of the Civil Code.

Protection of personal data

(1) The collection of personal data of customers of the store has been registered with GIODO.

(2) The seller declares that without the consent of the Client it does not provide any information about the Client using the service to third parties.

(3) The customer, by registering and purchasing in the store, agrees to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of processing the order.

4th The highest efforts are made to protect the personal data of the Store's customers from unauthorized access in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 133 item 883).

(5) Each customer has the right to inspect their data, correct them and request to stop their processing. In the event of a request to cease processing of personal data, they are removed from the store's database. Terms of sale

(2) The condition for speeding up the processing of the order is to provide a valid phone number and e-mail address - to confirm the acceptance of the order. The ordering party will be informed of its acceptance by phone and/or e-mail. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 7 days will not be processed.

(3) The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders that can not be confirmed (e.g. no contact with the purchaser, when ordering payment on delivery), and in cases when a fictitious order was placed with address data of a person who does not really exist.

(4) Orderers who have an e-mail box will be informed of the status of the order by e-mail.

(5) Each shipment shall be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

6. discounts and promotions that customers can receive on purchases do not combine.

 

Shipping

(1) The purchased goods are shipped within 5 days after payment is credited to our account or we agree to ship the goods cash on delivery (taking into account that shipping does not take place on Saturdays Sundays and holidays),

3) If you purchase several items, please contact us to arrange shipping costs,

4. if during collection the cardboard box in which the goods are packed is torn, dented or simply arouses suspicion, you should open the package in the presence of the deliverer. In the case of damaged contents, he will write a protocol. If the customer notices damage to the package after the delivery man has left, within a maximum of 3 days you should go to the post office or call the nearest branch of the courier company to write a protocol. In any such case, immediately notify the seller of the situation.

(5) In the event of a significant delay in delivery, please contact us to determine what is the cause of non-delivery. We have no influence on the work of the post office, but in any case we try to help you determine where the parcel is.

(6) In case of non-collection of the ordered shipment, the Seller reserves the right to claim for the costs incurred.

Payment

The buyer can pay for the ordered goods on delivery (if shipped on Polish territory) or by prepayment to our account or by payment through PayPal.

 

Complaints and returns

(1) On the basis of the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products in accordance with Article 2(1), the consumer has the opportunity to return the purchased and paid on delivery goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. For this purpose, a written statement of withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance must be submitted. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have provided shall be returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. If the above conditions are not met, the goods will not be accepted.

2) Return of goods should take place immediately, no later than within 14 days. Return along with the goods are also subject to products that came with it as freebies.

(3) Upon receipt of the shipment will be refunded the amount paid.

(4) The damaged or defective product should be sent back to the address that will be provided after prior contact. The fee for delivery of the product is paid by the buyer, who will be refunded after receipt of the shipment and positive resolution of the complaint. The shipment should be sent by Polish post as an economy mail parcel or registered letter.

(5) Shipments sent to the Art-Dog store should be packed in a manner that guarantees the safety and protection of the goods being shipped.

(6) Differences resulting from individual settings of the customer's computer (color, proportions, etc.) can not be the basis for the complaint of the purchased goods.

(7) Complaints are not subject to:

 - mechanical, thermal, chemical and all other damages caused by action or omission of the user or by external force

- damages to glass elements caused by improper use,

 - damages resulting from alterations, repairs and changes made by the user or unauthorized third parties,

In the case of sending a fully operational product under complaint, the store does not bear the cost of sending it back.

Final provisions

(1) All disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if such an agreement is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by the competent Polish common courts.

(2) All descriptions and photos of products are the property of the Seller and their use for any purpose without the consent of the owner is prohibited.

 

Complaint Procedure

(1) To file a complaint, send an email to liszka.k@gmail.com.

(2) In the email, provide the order number related to the complaint.

(3) Describe the problem in detail in the email.

(4) Specify the demands related to the complaint, such as product replacement, refund, or repair.

(5) Attach photos showing the defect or problem with the product, if possible.

(6) After receiving the complaint, the store will conduct a preliminary analysis and will contact the customer within 14 business days to inform them of the next steps.

(7) In some cases, the store may require the product to be returned to a specified address for further evaluation, about which the customer will be informed in the response to the complaint.

(8) If the complaint is considered valid, the store will take action to fulfill the customer's demands, including product replacement, refund, or repair if possible.

(9) Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
